How it works
- After your booking request, the landlord has 24 hours to confirm. Once your request has been confirmed, we will send you an email with payment links.
- You can pay your booking safely and easily via Paypal, credit card, bank transfer or Ideal.
- You sign the contract with the landlord the day you move-in.
- Only the first full month’s rent will be paid to Keyparati and transferred to the landlord 48-hours after your move in. After this payment, you will be required to pay the rent and utility bills monthly to the landlord.
- The initial amount will include the first full month’s rent, one-time reservation fee and potential additional fees based on the landlord’s policies.
For your information
- Your rental period will begin from the 1st or the 16th each month regardless of your move in date. In the case you enter halfway through a month, you must pay the remainder of the month in cash during check in.
- Your Payment to Keyparati will be performed via our platform and will include the first full months rent and fees.
- Expenses /bills for all calendar months must be paid full.
- On the month of check out monthly rent and bills must be paid in full, this includes tenants who moved-in on the 16th of the first month.
- Monthly rent will be paid in cash and is due between the 1^st and 3^rd of each month.
